Gretchen tortures T-bag until he agrees to help her.

Self is very leery about sending the crew to Vegas to get the next piece of Scylla. He tells them if they aren’t back by midnight they are going back to prison. Mahone says “yeah I know” and Self asks to speak to him outside. After tells Mahone he had no choice to leave him in jail, the conversation turns to Wyatt. Mahone tells Self to stop running and track down Wyatt himself.

The secretary from “Cole Pfieffer’s” office calls and says she knows where T-bag is and Michael decides the crew qill split up. Lincoln, Sara, Sucre, and Roland are off to Vegas to take care of Scylla. Michael, Mahone, and Bellick will stay and deal with the girl.

They then go to meet the girl. Michael and Mahone are waiting while Bellick talks to her, when Michael’s cell phone rings. Bellick says the girl wants more money and Michael needs to come talk to her. When they walk out Mahone notices something strange and tells Michael to hold on. T-bag comes out with a gun. He forces the girl to try Scofield and Mahone up then orders them all in the van. Mahone jumps over the ledge and escapes, but the rest are captured.

Roland is excited about Vegas, but as soon as he walks into the hotel, the security spots him. They find the cardholder and Sara pretends she’s with a bachlorette party that is doing a sacvenger hunt. She tells him that she needs to get a picture in a whale’s suite. After he declines her, the bartender tells her not to worry she’s not his type, he had hit on him earlier!

Mahone gets ahold of Self and gets the tracker so he can find out where Michael is. T-bag is angry Michael is taking so long to deciper the book. While he is threating to shoot the girl, Gretchen peeks around the corner and notices Bellick’s ankle band. She tells T-bag the feds could be there any minute, so they cut the bands off of them and leave. Not without Michael leaving a clue behind for Mahone though.

Self goes to the general’s office and throws a file on his desk. The general says it is all closed cases and doesn’t matter. Self explained to him that the file has been sent to 5 lawyers with the instructions to open if he is missing or found dead. He tells the general it doesn’t matter they are old cases, he will be under a lot of suspicion if something happens to a fed that is investigating him.

As uncomfortable as Sucre is about going to the card holder’s room, he does it. He’s in the room long enough to copy the card. Although, he was uncomfortable the whole time. After everything is downloaded he takes the device to Roland. After Sucre, walks away security walks up. They ask Roland what he was doing there when he was banned and take the device! Lincoln is angry because Roland had told them before it would take months to make a new device.

Michael puts together the book and tells T-bag it’s a blueprint. He gets T-bag to take him to Gate. Once there they find a tunnel under the closet in “Pfieffer’s” office. However, Mahone and Self capture T-bag. They are outside discussing options when Self’s phone rings. It’s Gretchen demanding to see T-bag or she won’t give them the rest of the book. Aggravated Michael grabs the phone “Who is this?” He says. All Gretchen says is “Hi Michael”

Bellick causes a disturbance at a betting window of a racetrack to distract security. This allows Michael and Mahone to sneak into the operations manager’s office and tape the device to the man’s desk. Roland picks up the signal. Cardholder four is Nathaneal Edison, who has bet on a horse named SparkleKid. Lincoln does something to cause SparkleKid to get a late start from the gate. Edison is furious and goes to speak to the operations manager. With the card near the desk, Roland pulls all of the information off Edison’s device.
Mahone goes to retrieve the device, but he is trapped by the guards and taken to the police station. The cops put the device in his personal effects bag. Lincoln calls Agent Self for help. Self notices a strange IT guy fixing his computer without notifying him.

A battered and bloody Gretchen arrives at her sister Rita’s house. She takes a statue that she gave Rita and smashes it. There’s a gun inside. What appears to be Rita’s daughter is really Gretchen’s. Gretchen kisses the girl and leaves.

T-Bag studies the Bird Book for clues in his office at Gate. His co-worker calls him out on his sales reports and accuses him of fraud. Knowing he might be found out, T-Bag runs out of the office.

Wyatt briefs Pad Man about Agent Self. The IT guy from Self’s office comes in and explains that he could not break the firewall on Self’s computer.

Self cannot get Mahone out of prison, but he has him sign for his personal effects to get the device out of holding. Mahone is furious. Back at the warehouse, the team is divided on what will happen to Mahone. They could all be caught. Michael insists that they stay on course.

Wyatt accosts Self about his investigation on General Krantz. Self refuses to tell Wyatt anything. “The General,” Wyatt threatens, “He likes his privacy.” Yet Wyatt sees the parking pass on Self’s dashboard of the municipal lot where Self met Michael.

Self suggests to Michael that he eliminate Mahone to rid a potential problem. Meanwhile, the policeman at the jail offers Mahone a deal if he trades the name of his accomplice at the racetrack. Mahone considers turning in Michael, but says nothing.

The team considers breaking Mahone out of prison, but Michael knows that is too dangerous.

Gretchen goes to a morgue claiming to be Whistler’s widow. The orderly asks for documentation, so she knocks the guy out and grabs Whistler’s cell phone from his belongings. She plays back a message from an apartment rental company.

Wyatt shows up at the police station and sees Mahone in the cell. Wyatt asks the desk clerk which courthouse he is being transferred to for arraignment. Mahone calls Michael to warn him and to explain that he won’t squeal. Mahone makes Michael promise to kill Wyatt. Michael now knows he must change plans.

Michael and Lincoln are at an electrical transformer behind the courthouse. Inside, Mahone enters court. Sucre is there. So is Wyatt. Sara goes to the defense table pretending to be Mahone’s lawyer and takes his paperwork. Sucre calls the guys outside and gives them the OK to go. Suddenly, the overhead lamps explode and the power goes out in the court. Sucre slips out with Mahone, and Wyatt chases them. Sara escapes with Mahone’s arraignment file. Wyatt is about to shoot Mahone when police arrive on the scene.

Back at the warehouse, Mahone thanks the team. Sara gives him his fingerprint sheet. He cannot be traced.

Mahone goes outside and dials the number on the red slip of paper. It is Wyatt. Mahone threatens to take revenge. He hangs up and throws out the red paper. Roland sees this and grabs the paper.

While T-Bag tries to flee his apartment, Gretchen pulls a gun on him. “Who the hell are you?” she asks.

Self realizes that he recognizes one of the guys in the cell phone image. The man is Oren, the head of Treasury’s L.A. bureau, which is in the same building as Self’s office. The task is put upon Self to get close to him.

Mahone meets with his ex-wife Pam at a diner. He shows her photos and Pam positively identifies Wyatt as their son’s killer.

Sara realizes that her wallet is open and that Bruce’s credit card is missing. She becomes paranoid that someone is following her. Suddenly, Sara sees Wyatt approaching. She starts running and manages to lose Wyatt in the chase.

In the federal building, Agent Self flashes a badge as he pushes his way past the desk of Oren’s secretary. Self claims he urgently needs to speak to the man because American lives will be in jeopardy. As Self launches into his speech about Al Qaeda operatives, Oren asks him to turn his head while he opens a safe. This allows Roland and Michael to start receiving data, which confirms that Oren is a cardholder.

Sara shows up to the warehouse and tells everyone that she was being followed by a tall black man. Mahone shows her a photo of Wyatt and Sara confirms it is the same person.

Bellick and Sucre show up Gate, T-Bag’s new place of employment. They tell the receptionist that they are offering a $10,000 reward to anyone providing information in finding him. T-Bag sees Bellick and Sucre from his office and hides. When the pair leaves, the receptionist tells T-Bag about the offer she just received and she wants his commission in order to keep quiet.

They plan to sneak into the federal building and steal the data from the Scylla card in Oren’s safe. Self sneaks them into the elevator. He drops black ink on the floor to the office next to Oren’s. Dressed as janitors, Bellick and Sucre show up to clean the carpet. They need to plug their vacuum in an office and the secretary there gives them access. Lincoln and Michael are in the vent in the ceiling waiting. Michael’s nose starts bleeding again and Lincoln asks him how long it’s been happening and says it was a big deal when he was younger. Then they climb from the vent and cut the sheet rock in the wall leading to Oren’s office. They start drilling into the safe.

Wyatt returns to his hotel and offers the desk clerk $300 to let him know if anyone has come by looking for him. Mahone shows up to the hotel and the clerk tells him that Wyatt checked out. Mahone pays to see the room. When he heads back to the lobby, Mahone catches the clerk on the phone about to tell Wyatt. Mahone pulls a gun on the clerk, who tells Wyatt that no one has come by to look for him. Mahone then forces the clerk to hand over Wyatt’s cell number.

Back at the federal building, Pad Man comes to meet with Oren. Michael and Lincoln break into the safe and allow Roland to successfully access the Scylla card with the tracking device. They place the card back into Oren’s safe and exit the building.

Feng shows up to T-Bag’s office and asks where Scylla is. T-Bag says that he doesn’t have it at the moment. Feng threatens T-Bag that he has three days to come up with it or else he will “shoot him through the brains.”

Sucre comes to Michael and shows him a grainy picture from a cell phone that shows the next cardholder’s license plate number. After some work,Roland figures out that the cardholder is Erol Tabak, from Turkey and they make plans to track him down. They go to spy on him and realize that isn’t him but his wife!As they are sitting in an outside cafe waiting for Erol’s wife they spot T bag and take off after him! Michael and Lincoln catch up to him and try to get the bird book (which he has dropped nearby) when some security guards spot them and they have to take off.

Wyatt arrives in LA and starts searching for Sara. He talks to the general who tells him to keep Sara and Gretchen alive. He doesn’t want them dead until they talk.

T-bag shows up at Gate as Cole Pfeiffer (one of Whistler’s aliases) to collect some money. Self calls Michael and tells him that Bruce is dead and the company may know where they are. Sara is upset by Bruce’s death and she heads over to a local bar, however she only orders a cream soda. While she is there a man buys her a drink which she declined and he steals her credit card. A credit card in Bruce’s name. The man pays his bar tap with it and surprise Wyatt is notified of the location!

In the meantime Roland uncovers information about Erol’s wife and they know she is attending an event for the Eagles and Angels that night before she leaves the country. Mahone tells them that is an event for police officers. She’ll be surrounded by them while they try to get to her.

They sneak into the event disguises as cops and put the device under the table near Erol’s wife. Just as they are almost done gathering data she get s a phone call to leave right away. Linc noticed someone made him and split up. The security guy catches up to him and addressed him by name. He’s in a tight spot when Bellick comes up and stabs the guy from behind. He then calls Michael who tells him to leave the body and meet them. Michael and Mahone approach Erol’s wife and tell the security guard there is a man down Mahone takes the security guy over while Michael stays next to Erol’s wife and gets the rest of the data downloaded.

Wyatt visits the bar to look for Sara and even though the bartender tells him she’s never seen her he catches up to her outside and begins to follow her to the warehouse. Mahone approaches Roland on helping him find they guy who killed his son. Agent Self meets with Michael to tell him that his informant, who once worked for the company is dead. 

Michael and his crew have a huge shock when they are told they have until the end of the day to find the other 5 peices of Scylla or they go back to prison! These people don’t play around. Don Self, played by Michael Rapaport, is ordered to shut down the operation and bring everyone in. 

Sucre is caught first and has time to warn Scofield and the chase begins. They escape the warehouse and are immediatley being chased by the feds. (Thanks to their ankle bracelets) Believe it or not even on the run Scofield manages to figure out where the meeting between 2 of the men holding Scylla are. 

They pull up with Don Self on their tail and they all take the fall with the exception of Michael. Scofield makes it to the meeting and watches in amazement. It’s not just a meeting with 2 of the people holding Scylla but all 6! A quick recording of the meeting on his cell phone and the feds release everyone. They are back in business!

Some questions still remain; What happened to LJ and Sophia? Why is Michael having headaches? Prison Break will always leave you wanting more!
